Technology gets smaller, I bought an 8Gb USB memory stick for £13 which was weird because there was an identical one next to it that cost double, I was instantly perplexed and asked the assistant what the difference was. He said that the cheaper one was more secure and that I could put a password on it if I wanted, so it was better and cheaper “Don’t ask me why” he said even though I just had and it was his job to answer me.
Anyway I released him and started to think how technology getting smaller was a good thing. Then I tried to think of cases where smaller devices would be a hindrance, the best example was smaller hearing aids. Obviously its good if you’re deaf and don’t want anyone else knowing about your deafness; but what about us normals who can’t identify you? What I mean is if you have a big hearing aid that I can spot and you don’t hear what I’m saying I’ll understand that you haven’t responded because of your disability. However if you’re wearing a small hearing aid that I can’t spot then I’ll assume you’re being rude and; ultimately, we’ll end up fighting.
My girlfriend has pointed out that if the hearing aid is working then the person will hear me anyway, which is OBVIOUS of course and I knew that. I just hadn’t got around to adding the bit where the small hearing aid is broken because it’s so small and that.
Reports that Michael Jackson suffered cardiac arrest are incorrect. He actually went to visit the childrens hospital and had a stroke.
Last time Michael Jackson was this stiff, Macauley Culkin was staying over.
The autopsy on Michael Jackson’s body will take place later today. The coroner has already said that he is unsure of what the cause of death will have been. He’s thinking of blaming it on the moonlight, or blaming it on the good times, but will probably blame it on the boogie.
Was Jackson a pedophile? Racist? A musical genius? Jesus? A man? We will never know.
We are living in a Jacksonless world, well except for all the other Jackson’s but they’re the lesser ones and don’t count. My mate text me last night saying that there are alot of angry ebay users out there. True, he couldn’t have died at a worse time, right before his final farewell tour, those poor ticket touts.
Maybe he is a bizarro Jesus and will rise again in couple days or something.
I swear this was a big story about a year and a half ago.
These environment stories seem to be on a cycle and every time one resurfaces it looks as if matters have gotten worse. I suppose they have to appear to otherwise I won’t care “Yeah I’ve been scared of that already mate no thanks, what’s that? Things have escalated! Whoah shit I’m all ears!”
Actually last time I could have sworn they went on about how if the coral reef were destroyed then it would upset the eco system to such a degree it would result with the end of all life as we know it. They didn’t mention anything like that this time which I found disappointing. I was getting ready for some juicy apocalyptic gossip.
Do you think there are those in power who know, for a fact that the end of the world is on our doorstep and are making secret plans to protect themselves while we all bite the big one like a bunch of chumps?
