I LOVE film trailers! I think I prefer them to actual films. Peter Jacksons new adaptation The Loverly Bones looks shit. The trailer I mean. The film might, probably, could be good.

I think I want to make films just so I can make a trailer to accompany it. First you need to create a bit tension… “What’s that?” Then you create some intrigue… “What’s happening?” Then a joke… “That’s not a ghost, it’s my mother”. Then a snip of a chase sequence… “RUUUNN!” Throw in a glimpse of the money shot (some big special effect)… “Oh my GOD!” Then fade out with a final hook to get them nice and hooked… “Oh no, my mother IS a ghost!”.
